Mary Camacho

As founder and President of Joyatech Solutions, Mary Camacho contributes her expertise in the domains of business finance, operations management, metric development and technology. She served for eight years as the Director of Projects and then the Finance and Operations Executive for Dream Team Technologies – an early developer of content management systems for business and education. Mary has been an IT professional for more than 16 years.  With JoyaTech Solutions, Mary blends her technical and executive expertise enabling businesses to keep score.

Mary's academic career supports her expertise in metrics and assessment.  She attained a Master's degree from the University of Chicago where she honed her skills in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methods. An involved member of her community, Mary has led multiple non-profit boards, and has served as the treasurer for several organizations. One of her passions has been supporting youth internationalism and global citizenship.

Matthew Nichols

Matthew has been developing software solutions for over 12 years.  His focus has been on analyzing and developing systems that improve business processes and reporting.  Matthew is a natural project lead.  He takes a project from initial definition and design, through implementation, testing and deployment.  He directs all development of systems from the underlying database to the front-end user interface.  He has architected developed systems in the areas of business accounting including QuickBooks customizations, web content management and collaboration, time tracking, customer service, complex commission/bonus structures, image manipulation and document workflows.  Creating scalable solutions, Matthew has successfully deployed multi-user customized solutions for education, non-profits, government and business.

Matthew served as the Senior Software Developer and Architect for Dream Team Technologies for eight years.
